Send your journey details using the form or by email as early as possible, ideally once you know your route and travel date. For urgent bookings, call or contact us via WhatsApp so we can check availability.
2. How should I provide my pick-up address and time?
Include the town or city, street and building number. For a hotel or other venue, add its name. For an airport pick-up, provide your flight number and scheduled arrival time. We will agree on the meeting details, allowing for luggage collection and arrival formalities. When travelling to the airport, choose a pick-up time that allows enough time for the journey and check-in. We will be happy to help you plan your pick-up.
3. Will the vehicle accommodate all passengers and any unusual luggage?
We choose the vehicle to suit the number of passengers and the amount and size of your luggage. Our range includes saloons, estate cars and MPVs for up to eight passengers, excluding the driver. Let us know when booking if you are bringing a pushchair, bicycle, skis or larger equipment.
4. Do you provide child seats and booster seats?
Yes, they are always included in the journey price. When booking, include children in the passenger count and tell us their ages and whether they need a child seat or booster seat.
5. Is the price per vehicle, and are there extra charges at night or at weekends?
The price covers a private journey in the whole vehicle for you or your group, with no other passengers sharing the journey. You know the final price when you book. There are no additional road tolls, parking fees or other charges for the agreed journey. We do not charge extra for travel at night, at weekends or on public holidays.
6. How can I pay, and can I get an invoice?
We accept cash, cards, bank transfers and online payments. We will agree on the payment method and when payment is due at the time of booking. If you need an invoice, please provide your billing details.
7. What if my flight arrives early or is delayed?
Provide your flight number when booking. We track your flight and adjust your pick-up to your actual arrival time, including when your flight lands early. A flight delay alone does not incur an extra charge for the time before the aircraft actually lands.
8. Is waiting time after arrival included in the price?
The first hour of waiting is included, starting from the actual landing time rather than the scheduled arrival time. If luggage collection or arrival formalities take longer, contact us or your driver to arrange further waiting.
9. How can I change or cancel my booking?
If your travel date, address or passenger count changes, contact us as early as possible. We will check whether the change is possible and confirm the revised arrangements. You can cancel free of charge if you let us know at least 24 hours before the agreed pick-up time.
10. Can I request service in a particular language?
If you would like to communicate with your driver in English, German or another language, let us know when booking. We will confirm whether we can provide this for your journey.
