The concept of an amusement park in Łutynówek

Łutynówko, located in the picturesque area of Warmia and Mazury, is a place that will soon gain importance thanks to the planned investment in a huge amusement park. Grupa Ptak SA , known for implementing projects such as Mandoria in Rzgów near Łódź, plans to create the largest indoor amusement park in Europe.

This investment will not only transform the local landscape, but will also attract thousands of tourists from all over Poland and abroad.

The amusement park will be built on 185 hectares of land, of which 100 hectares will be allocated for development. The rest of the area will remain biologically active, with forests, trees and natural greenery.

The location near Lake Wenyk and the Protected Landscape Area of the Napiwodzko-Ramucka Forest adds unique charm to the project, but also requires strict compliance with environmental protection regulations.

Planned attractions of the amusement park in Łutynówek

The amusement park in Łutynówek will offer a wide range of attractions intended to attract both adrenaline lovers and families with children. The main attraction of the park is to be a 150-meter-high free-fall tower, which will make it the tallest structure of this type in the world.

In addition , the plans include carousels, mini-coasters, a family zone with water rafting, a scenic railway and a Water Park zone with swimming pools, slides and beaches.

The park will be thematically related to the Warmia and Mazury region, which is expected to attract both local residents and tourists. Hotels, commercial and service facilities and parking lots are also planned to ensure comprehensive guest service.

The investment also aims to highlight and preserve the natural landscape values of the region, creating a harmonious space integrating entertainment with nature.

When does the amusement park near Olsztynek open?

Work is currently underway on documentation and obtaining the necessary environmental permits. The first stage of the investment, which includes preparing infrastructure for entertainment devices, will cost nearly PLN 100 million.

The construction process takes into account the protection of local fauna and flora, which is particularly important due to the proximity of Lake Wenyk and the Natura 2000 area.

In July 2024, an environmental decision will be issued regarding the construction of an amusement park in Łutynówek near Olsztyn . It will determine under what conditions an investor may implement an investment affecting the natural environment. If everything goes without major delays, the opening of the first part of the park can be expected at the end of 2026.

In the future, the park will be developed in stages, and the number of visitors is expected to range from 250,000 to a million per year, depending on the ongoing development and the number of attractions.
